Pilates & Play is a morning meetup that blends intentional movement with real connection. This isn’t just a workout; it’s your chance to reset, recharge, and step into your day feeling aligned.
We’ll start with a guided Pilates session designed for all levels by Rebel Core, followed by open time to mingle, connect, and ease into conversation with other women in business and beyond. It's a Babes Movement Meetup a space where you can show up as you are, move your body, and meet people without the pressure of traditional networking.
